We are not responsible for items once it is shipped.

We aim for any orders placed before 16:00 Mon-Fri to be fulfilled and shipped that very same day.

Orders on Saturday or Sunday and bank holidays are fulfilled the next working day.

You can return an item within 30 days. To get a refund, the item needs to be in the same condition that you received it in, with the tag still on. 

To make a return, please use our returns page or email us at support@weare.shop with your order number. We’ll let you know how and where to return your item. 

Returns are at your own cost. 

We’ll check the item over, and then send your refund within 7 days. 

Just a note: we try and mention and picture any imperfections in the clothing when we list each item. But because all our clothing is secondhand or vintage, it’s possible that there might be imperfections we haven’t noticed.
