How to measure your bust/ chest
Measure about 2 inches or 5cm down from the pit, all the way round to get a bust measurement. Bust and chest measurements are done the same for both men and women.
How to measure jeans/ trousers
Measure around your waist or hips – where the jeans would sit – and then from the crotch down to your ankles for the leg length.
