If you’re not happy with your clothing, we’ve got you covered.
For pieces bought online
You can return an item within 30 days. To get a refund, the item needs to be in the same condition that you received it in, with the tag still on.
To make a return, please use our online returns form or the one provided in the package or email us at support@weare.shop with your order number. We’ll let you know how and where to return your item.
Returns are at your own cost unless a mistake has been made by us. In which case a returns label will be provided.
We’ll check the item over, and then send your refund within 7 days.
Just a note: we try and mention and picture any imperfections in the clothing when we list each item. But because all our clothing is secondhand or vintage, it’s possible that there might be imperfections we haven’t noticed.
For pieces bought at events
Items bought IRL need to be returned IRL too. You can do this on the same day, as long as the event’s still open. Or you can return your piece at any other event, or one of our pop-up stores. There's no time limit for this.
